These Terms govern your use of JusticeWorkbook.com and your purchase of products from Alysia Minor, operating The Question of Justice (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
Our Products
The Question of Justice is available as a printed workbook sold through Amazon and as a digital (PDF) edition sold directly through this site. Purchases made on Amazon are subject to Amazon's own terms and policies.
Digital Edition License
When you buy the digital edition, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PDF for your own household, family, or co-op. You may print copies as reasonably needed for the students in your household or co-op. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, post online, or sub-license the file. This license does not transfer ownership of the work.
Intellectual Property
All content in the workbook and on this site — text, design, graphics, and the cover — is the property of Alysia Minor and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it beyond the license granted above without written permission.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payments for the digital edition are processed securely by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). By purchasing, you authorize that processor to charge your selected payment method.
Refund Policy
Because the digital edition is delivered electronically and is accessible immediately after purchase, all sales of the digital PDF are generally final. However, your satisfaction matters. If you experience a problem downloading or accessing your file, or you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it — including a replacement download or, at our discretion, a refund. Printed-book returns are handled by Amazon under its return policy.
Educational Resource — No Guarantees
The Question of Justice is an educational resource. While it is designed to help students learn and prepare, we make no guarantee of any particular academic or competitive outcome.
Not Affiliated with NCFCA
The Question of Justice is an independent resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association (NCFCA).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
